The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations & Web Manager to become the operational heartbeat of our marketing function – owning the systems, processes, data, and tools that underpin our ability to deliver results.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on marketing CRM automation, web performance, website management, data integrity, and reporting. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, events, marketing, web developers and more to ensure we execute our campaigns efficiently and continuously optimise performance.

What You’ll Own

Marketing Operations
  • Own and optimise our HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub) including workflows, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages, custom properties, reporting and more
  • Collaborate with internal our tech team to ensure seamless integration with our Salesforce CRM
  • Create and manage marketing automation journeys (e.g. event follow-ups, gated content flows, re-engagement)
  • Ensure lead capture, routing, and attribution are working flawlessly
  • Partner with sales and SDRs to improve campaign > pipeline > revenue alignment
  • Manage the marketing tech stack, identifying tools to improve performance
Web & Digital Infrastructure
  • Manage and update website landing pages, forms, thank-you flows and content using WordPress
  • Brief and QA web developers for more advanced or custom builds
  • Improve page speed, conversion paths, and UX on high-value pages
  • Ensure all tracking (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) is properly implemented
Report & Insights
  • Build dashboards and campaign performance reports for key stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyse key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, email performance)
  • Support attribution analysis and pipeline forecasting
Campaign Support & Team Collaboration
  • Support Demand Generation, Events, and Product Marketing with technical builds
  • Act as an internal consultant on campaign operations, lead journeys, data hygiene
  • Maintain marketing ops documentation and train others in best practice use
  • Own the marketing calendar and project timelines to drive alignment

  • Sales have confidence in the leads and insights provided by marketing
  • Email database is healthy and optimised for deliverability
  • Reporting is trusted and used to guide decisions
  • Website performance improves (load speed, form conversion, SEO health)
  • The marketing team runs like a well-oiled machine with alignment on key initiatives and performance metrics

 

What You Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or growth marketing
  • Advanced HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub)
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Solid experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools, and lead attribution
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort building reports and dashboards
  • Eye for detail and process improvement
  • Bonus: experience working in B2B tech, SaaS, events, or IT services industries
