To do so, we’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager who thrives on building momentum, capturing attention, and converting intent into action.

 

About the Role

As our Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you’ll take the reins on developing and executing marketing programs that drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across our suite of IT research and advisory services.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role within a nimble tight-knit team, ideal for a marketer who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution.

You’ll be architecting marketing funnels, designing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned channels, and building tight alignment with Sales to enable outbound success.

You’ll work closely with our internal teams – Sales, Client Success, Research, and Product – to translate market and customer insights into campaigns that perform and scale.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Designing and delivering a demand generation strategy to attract high-fit prospects and grow pipeline
  • Developing account-based marketing programs that expand relationships across our existing client base
  • Owning multi-channel campaigns that include paid media, content, events, email marketing, and more
  • Building and optimising sales enablement tools and assets to support outbound success
  • Creating high-converting landing pages and architecting full-funnel journeys
  • Running and optimising paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic, and more
  • Working with Marketing Ops to ensure tracking and performance metrics are established and reported on

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in a mid-to-senior level B2B marketing role (or equivalent responsibility)
  • Solid experience executing demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Strong understanding of paid digital advertising—Google Ads, LinkedIn, GDN, and/or programmatic
  • Proven skills in crafting compelling messaging and campaign copy
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, etc.)
  • Confident in building and optimising conversion-focused landing pages
  • Strong grasp of marketing performance metrics, attribution, and campaign ROI
  • Able to draft or brief wireframes for landing pages and campaign assets
  • Familiarity with the technology industry or IT services
  • Certifications in key platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, etc.)
