Our Vendor Go-to-Market Services are expanding, and we’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help us bring them to market with precision and creativity.

From exclusive executive conferences (Edge) to private roundtables, CxO intelligence, and bespoke go-to-market advisory, you’ll be marketing the most direct and trusted path to Australia’s enterprise technology leaders.

 

About the Role

You’ll lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote our GTM services (Market Intelligence and Event Partnerships) in to sales and marketing teams within the world’s top tech brands.

You’ll work across paid, owned, and partner channels, crafting end-to-end campaigns that bring to life the value of ADAPT’s range of GTM services for tech vendors — and you’ll collaborate closely with Sales to ensure every campaign is built for conversion.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Sales, Events, Research, and Advisory teams to translate insights from enterprise buyers into campaigns that capture vendor attention and convert interest into action.

 

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Designing and delivering a demand generation strategy to attract high-fit tech vendor clients
  • Promoting Edge events and private roundtables sponsorships, and GTM Intelligence & Advisory services
  • Developing account-based marketing (ABM) programs for strategic accounts
  • Owning multi-channel campaigns—from paid digital and content to email and sales sequences
  • Crafting sales enablement materials that support outreach and conversions
  • Building landing pages and conversion paths that communicate clear value
  • Running and optimising paid campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more
  • Collaborating with Marketing Ops to ensure data, tracking, and insights are sharp and actionable

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with experience targeting sales/marketing leaders in tech
  • Strong track record in pipeline-building campaigns
  • Experience with paid media, especially LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting platforms
  • Confident writer with a knack for clear, persuasive messaging
  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Understands ABM, content strategy, and sales/marketing alignment
  • Capable of working independently while driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-output environments
  • Bonus: Experience working with or for enterprise tech vendors or event-led marketing
