Michael is a recognised Automation Practitioner with over 20+ years in advising process improvement and automation programs for fortune 100 customers. As an Integration Executive, Michael is the General Manager for two critical acquisitions, RPA and Process Mining, that is delivered within IBM’s automation platform (Cloud Pak for Automation). Cloud Pak for Automation is IBM’s solution that enables our customers to create disruptive approaches to augment human work with a unified intelligent automation platform. As a global IBM executive, Michael is a core strategic contributor for IBM’s AI and automation mission.
