Andrew leads the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Practice at Quantium Telstra. The QT Joint Venture combines the power of Telstra’s data, network, and technology services with Quantium’s data science and AI expertise. The partnership aims to solve the big CX problems in Australian Enterprise.

Prior to joining Quantium Telstra, Andrew spent 10 years leading category-defining, high-growth Contact Centre technology companies in both digitisation and AI. Andrew ran Asia Pacific for both Afiniti and LivePerson where he worked with the big 4 Australian banks, and the largest financial institutions across Japan, Korea, and South-East Asia. Finally, Andrew site on the board of a number of EduTech startups advising on international growth.
