Valerie Spillman

Valerie Spillman, Senior Director of Audit & Enterprise Risk, is responsible for Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk & Issue Management, as well as the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Program Office. Her focus for Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk & Issue Management is to manage risks, issues, and remediations across the corporate, commercial, and regulated markets environments. For BCM, her areas of focus include Business Continuity Planning, IT Disaster Recovery Planning, Crisis Management, and Emergency Response.

Valerie’s career started as a Software Engineer in Australia, but she found herself moving into the various areas of risk management, including IT and operational internal audit, and business continuity management. In addition to ServiceNow, her industry background includes primarily working in large global technology companies such as IBM, Cisco, and PayPal as well as management consulting companies including Deloitte and RGP.
