Scott Glover

As Director of People and Culture at Tennis Australia, Scott Glover is responsible for providing leadership to the HR business unit and developing and delivering HR strategies to support the business direction of Tennis Australia including the Member Associations, Australian Open and Australian Open Series Tournaments.

The position also ensures that HR systems, resources, priorities and competencies are in place to deliver the organisational capabilities necessary for the achievement of short- and long-term business objectives.

Scott’s role focuses on ensuring that the 470 employees, who were working remotely during the pandemic, were being looked after and not suffering from social isolation. Workday was implemented as a new technology solution to gather insights from the workforce and enable the organisation to make informed decisions to drive the business forward.
