Maricel Giorgioni

Maricel joined Aspen Medical in March 2017 as Human Resources Manager and rapidly progressed to the position of Director, Culture and Performance. Maricel’s core drive is on developing and driving HR strategies that focus on achieving a diverse, engaging and high-performing culture. Maricel has held various HR roles over the last 18 years specialising in talent development, performance management, recruitment and selection, employee relations and organisational development. Previously, she held various positions in HR at Woden Community Service, Calvary Health Care and Azadea Group.
