An entrepreneur and business leader, Kumar is the Global Digital Leader at GHD, world’s leading professional services firm with 10,000+ people. With responsibility for the execution of firm’s digital strategy and innovation roadmap, he recently led the creation of GHD Digital with a global network of 500+ talented individuals, serving client’s digital transformation priorities.  He previously founded Technova, a digital services start-up, which was acquired by GHD in 2017.

Kumar was named 2016 SEARCC Digital Disruptors’ International Professional of the Year for predicting disruption of the technology services industry. The national newspaper Australian ranked Kumar in the “Top 50 in Technology”, and he was inducted into the Hall of Fame by ACS.

Kumar held senior partner and global leadership roles at KPMG, a firm he served between 2000 and 2015. He led several high-growth ventures that were rated market leaders by independent analysts including the Technology Advisory Practice (2005-13) with 12000+ people, Digital Consulting Practice (2013) one of the first few nextgen businesses, Global CIO Advisory Practice (2010) with 1800+ people, Global Sourcing Advisory Practice (2008) with 1200+people.

Respected among the leading thought leaders, President Clinton invited Kumar to the Clinton Global Initiative, and Steve Forbes invited him to Forbes Global CEO Forums. He joined the Industry Innovation Council, accepting Federal Innovation Minister’s special invitation. Media outlets such as Forbes, WSJ, AFR, ABC, CNBC, Sky News featured his interviews and opinions.
