Reporting to the Group VP for global outbound product management, I am part of a team responsible for developing and communicating Oracle’s Applications Strategy in the Japan and Asia-Pacific market. I also take direct responsibility for the management of Oracle’s Human Capital Management portfolio in this region.

I hold an MBA and a Masters in Organisational Development and Strategic HRM, as well as Neuroscience, Data Science, Future of Work and Project Management certifications. Previous roles include HCM operations, senior management, systems implementation, project management, and senior sales roles. I am a Fellow of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) and a Member of the NeuroLeadership Institute, active in the Japan and Asia-Pacific HR community, and an experienced speaker at HR events across the region.
