Ion Mudreac

Ion Mudreac, Head of Development for Cloud and DevOps/SRE in Singtel Enterprise. Ion is responsible for all technologies in the SingTel Enterprise business. He is driving changes in both technology and product for SingTel SaaS B2B and B2C businesses. He is responsible for helping the customers migrate to the cloud by architecting and building cloud-native design and implementations.

Ion has more than 20 years of IT experience. He started his career in university as a lecturer in Europe, later working in Japan for six years. He was eventually relocated to Singapore, leading teams in Merrill Lynch, Commerzbank, Standard Chartered Bank. He has been actively contributing to the Open Source projects since the end of the 90s. He holds two Master’s Degrees and a Ph.D. in IT Management.
