How Carsales is using AI to evolve the customer buying journey and corner a global market

ADAPT’s Digital Edge Survey, published in June 2023, reveals that only 2% of Australian enterprises are effectively automating decision-making with artificial intelligence (AI). This means people are spending too much time on transactional matters that could otherwise be spent on the pursuit of productivity and value.
This case study will reveal how Carsales, an Australian ‘digital-by-design’ organisation used AI to do so.
