Alex Macpherson

On returning home to Australia in 2005, Alex made a career transition from investment banker to serial start-up entrepreneur. Initially founding Known, a boutique online agency in 2005, he leant on this expertise to co-found a series of SaaS start ups over the last decade. Alex has found a passion within the B2C messaging space, and is currently helping organisations of all shapes and sizes improve their customer communication and relationships through messaging channels such as SMS, MMS, RCS, Whatsapp, Messenger and many more.
