Elisha Harrington is Senior Director, Executive Innovation Strategy as part of ServiceNow’s Chief Innovation Office within the Strategy function. In this role, Elisha is laser-focused on the future of work, evolving industries 2.0, digital transformation. Leading efforts to co-innovate with our customers and partners to help them reach their ambitions to unlock the power of AI and emerging technologies for business transformation.

Holding a business academic background, Elisha continues to work with academics and is a thought leader in operational improvement and innovation. Her mission is to help customers re-imagine their end-to-end value chains, drive proactive and
intelligent services, and solve important problems to help organisations future-proof their business. Advising companies on how they can create a service-oriented enterprise leveraging AI, performance analytics and in-still a culture of continuous
improvement and operational excellence.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Elisha worked for top-tier professional services firms, consulting with some of the largest global and Australian enterprises across many industries as well as part of the ventures team focused on strategic platforms via strategic alliances and joint ventures. Her experience includes running large digital transformations, both technical and business and designing integrated solutions and Go-to-Market.

Throughout her career, Elisha has worked closely with C-suite agendas and large impactful programs that enhance employee and customer experiences. With a goal to supercharge productivity across organisations while cultivating a culture of innovation at its core. Elisha is particularly focused on sustainability, blockchain, responsible AI, commercial banking, risk management and operational resilience.
