Elisha Harrington is the Asia Pacific Innovation Officer at ServiceNow, operating under the Vice Chairman of ServiceNow within the Chief Innovation Office. Based in Australia, she drives innovation strategy and executive engagement across ANZ, Asia, and India—working with the region’s most strategic enterprise customers.

Elisha leads initiatives across agentic AI, generative AI, Web3, and AI governance to help organisations unlock differentiated value through intelligent automation, strategic platform capabilities, and next-generation technologies. Her remit spans Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy and Utilities, Manufacturing, and Retail—supporting enterprise-wide transformation across operations, service, customer engagement, and industry workflows.

In her senior leadership capacity, Elisha transforms go-to-market strategy by shaping new growth vectors, routes to market, and market maturation efforts. She is a strategic advisor to boards, C-suite executives, and transformation leaders—translating ServiceNow’s innovation agenda, acquisitions, and AI investments into tangible business outcomes and competitive advantage.

Previously, Elisha led digital transformation and innovation programs at PwC, KPMG, and Accenture, delivering enterprise innovation across financial services and industry sectors. Her experience spans data, ESG, risk, supply chain, operational excellence, and customer experience design. She also held industry roles namely reporting to the CEO of Louis Dreyfus Commodities, driving APAC strategy, trade, and market risk initiatives and L’Oreal Australia.
