Tom Pfaff

Tom is the Global Head of Change for Group CFO, based in Singapore. He also serves as the Programme Director for the “Aspire” Transformation programme that is re-vamping the Target Operating Model, Systems, Processes, and Data across Finance, Treasury, and Supply Chain.

Tom joined Standard Chartered in 2016. Prior to this, he was with Royal Bank of Scotland in London where he was Head of Business Transformation & Architecture and held similar roles previously at Credit Suisse and JPMorgan Chase. Prior to banking, Tom worked in M&A as a CFO for near-shore and offshore FinTech and Financial Services firms.

Tom holds a degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
