Stacy Short

Partner, Global SAP Alliance Leader at IBM


Stacy Short is a partner in IBM’s Global Business Services (GBS) practice. She leads IBM’s SAP Global Alliance for Services and IBM’s Evolution Partnership with SAP. Stacy has over 25 years of SAP experience through her consulting and alliance management roles and has completed 15 SAP implementations. In her current role, Stacy uses her deep SAP experience, her process background and her strong SAP relationships to work collaboratively with customers and IBM and SAP leaders to help clients deliver their digital transformation journeys. Through her SAP alliance role, Stacy has worked closely with SAP on several significant announcements including the Evolution Partnership (announced in June 2020), IBM and SAP Digital Transformation Partnership (announced in April 2016) and the IBM and SAP Global Cloud Partnership (announced in October 2014). Prior to her current role, Stacy held a number of leadership positions at IBM and other large global consulting firms.  She served as the NA SAP Sales Team leader in 2015 and led the NA SAP alliance for 5 years. She also held the NA SAP alliance role at BearingPoint and Andersen Business Consulting. Through her time at BearingPoint and Andersen, she spent 12 years delivering SAP programs at Johnson and Johnson and other life sciences clients. Stacy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware and obtained her CPA designation in the State of Pennsylvania.
