Ryan Macaleer

A Global Leader for IBM’s Digital Business Automation business, Ryan Macaleer helps clients leverage Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, and traditional automation platforms as they seek to improve client experiences, decrease cycle times, reduce costs, and scale operations automatically, which is now being referred to as Hyperautomation.

Prior to joining the Digital Business Automation team Ryan served as the Director, Worldwide API Economy and was responsible for growing IBM’s API, Datapower, and Mobile business globally. Ryan has also held several key leadership positions in IBM’s federal market middleware business in the United States including, business unit executive positions in IBM’s Federal Software and Intelligence Community Software business.
