Rodney Hobbs is the Chief of Employee Experience Transformation for VMware in APJ.

Rodney is a trusted advisor for customers undergoing digital transformation. He works closely with clients to ensure their transformation maintains focus on the digital workspace to optimise the employee experience.

He is passionate about helping customers modernise processes and applications to enable people to do their best work.

Rodney’s 25 years of working to guide customers through their digital transformation journey has seen him establish a network and profile which recognises him as a thought leader and disruptor in the future of work.

Before joining VMware in 2019, he held several senior executive positions with DXC, CSC, Fujitsu, Toll Group, Pasminco and HP, where he helped businesses deliver customer-centric, outcomes-enabled technology.
