He has led complex and cross-border digital transformation with engagements across Europe, North America and Asia Pac and in multiple market segments (eg. Financial Services, Utilities, Telco and Manufacturing).

Recently authored an Operational Resilience framework that helps customers adapt a mindset change and pragmatically shift from a tick-in-a-box compliance to resilience as a core organisational capability.
