Currently I lead Amazon Web Services’ Retail & CPG strategy in Asia Pacific, where I focus on thought leadership, strategy and partnering with customers across the region. I have almost two decades of CPG, Retail, and Data Analytics experience spanning merchant buying, category management, product development, analytical consulting and executive leadership.
Previously, I was an executive at Quantium within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) consulting practice, and have held category management roles at Coles, where I focused on the Health, Beauty, and Baby segments. Prior to Coles, I was the Group Category Development Manager for L’Oreal Australia’s Consumer Products Division, and have held various sales and category roles within Unilever in both Australia and South Africa.
The variety of my roles has provided me with an opportunity to develop an astute commercial acumen, diverse industry knowledge, leadership expertise and critical soft skills. I enjoy leading long term planning and delivering strategic initiatives and thrive in solving complex business problems and managing demanding projects.
I am driven to challenge conventional thinking within organisations and optimise existing processes and facilitate positive change. I have a thirst for delivering above and beyond and inspiring those around me to do the same. I take pride in the strong working relationships I have developed with customers, suppliers and colleagues throughout my working career.
