Richard Massey

Richard has been at SHAPE for 12+ years, currently as Group Manager, Business Technology managing a team of 11 like-minded technology professionals. The department also incorporates SHAPE’s analytics services. Previously, as Manager, Business Analytics, he was responsible for the development and centralisation of a robust set of performance management metrics across all aspects of the SHAPE business. Richard joined SHAPE as Sales Support Manager and led the implementation of a 100-seat CRM system and developed a core set of analytics tools incorporating data from multiple data sources. Then as Sales Effectiveness Manager, he was responsible for the management and development of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, as well as analysis and reporting of core sales and marketing business driver data.

Richard has almost 30 years’ experience in the UK and Australia in diverse businesses including banking, FMCG and construction. He has a passion for football and animals of all sorts!
