Paul Voges has enjoyed a 24-year career in the technology industry and is a people-focused general manager. He has held senior leadership roles at Salesforce, Microsoft and Oakton. He has a strong track record of building and expanding businesses, driving revenue growth, profitability improvements and strong people leadership and development. Paul has led teams with over 500 employees and revenue responsibility in the $100 million to $500 million range across a range of geographies. He has extensive Australia & New Zealand market experience in addition to his Asia Pacfiic experience covering the India, ASEAN and Hong Kong and mainland China markets. Paul’s industry experience extends across banking, insurance, wealth management, retail, FMCG, Government, high tech, telco and professional services. Paul has additionally served as a board advisor, was recognised as one of Australia’s Young Executives of the Year in 2008 by AFR BOSS, and continues to give back through mentorship of young leaders and financial donations to charities and societies that fight cancer, such as the McGrath Foundation.
