As BPAY Group’s Head of Technology Operations & Support, Paul has over 20 years’ experience in Information Technology delivery, operations and support across multiple industries and verticals including payments and financial services.
Paul joined BPAY in 2012 to setup and run an enterprise testing practice within the organisation, subsequently being appointed to his current role as Head of Technology Operations & Support. In this role, Paul has ensured that BPAY continues to provide robust and reliable IT services to internal and external customers as well as embedding new services such as Osko and APIs into operations and support teams.
Paul has a proven ability to deliver solutions based on strategic goals and provide best practice outcomes encompassing people, process and technology. With a focus on continuous improvement he has demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams to achieve outstanding employee engagement scores.
