Paul Dickson is the CIO for the City of Newcastle who is focused on transforming the way services are delivered to the City. Our goal is to become a smart, liveable, sustainable global city.

Paul has spent the last 20 years leveraging technology to uplift organisational capability. Consulting to industry leaders in banking, Government, FMCG and industrials, to create new customer experiences from online banking to online tax returns.

With a background in Computer Engineering, Paul is passionate about bringing advances in IoT hardware, data and modem software development together to create a more liveable and sustainable society.
