Paul Crighton

Paul Crighton is the Vice President & Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand at NetApp. He joined the business in 2019, bringing over twenty years of experience with him to further grow the local business across enterprise and channel divisions, keeping customers at the heart of the business.

His career has taken him across the UK, Singapore and Australia, servicing the Asia Pacific region by providing software, hardware and cloud solutions to a range of customers across markets. Having led businesses for the majority of his career, Paul is focused on empowering people and unearthing potential solutions for customers to drive business growth.

Paul has a passion to lead sales teams and drive organisational transformation which has led to outstanding business performance across a number of companies throughout his career. Prior to his current role with NetApp, Paul worked with BlackBerry as their Senior Vice President, APJ for three years, working with customers to adopt mobility and mobility applications to enhance their business operations.

For the seven years before this, he was the Senior Vice President of Sales, APJ with PGi, leading the transformation of the company into a market-leading SAAS company in the virtual meeting space, and prior to this, Sales Director at Symantec, focusing on the national go to market strategy for the business.
