Patricia Grant

Patricia Grant is a transformational business leader who is driving measurable change across at ServiceNow. She joined ServiceNow in March 2017 leading IT Strategy, Planning and Business Operations team reporting directly to the CIO. Patricia is driving several transformation initiatives across ServiceNow, for example digital transformation across the company increasing productivity and demonstrating real quantifiable outcomes. Built a world class program that showcases how we use our own products at ServiceNow, we call this Now on Now, partnering with Sales and Marketing. Established a quarterly cadence with the Chief Product Officer and GM’s to provide feedback on our products as part of being Customer Zero. She is also responsible for creating a world class PMO organization driving an agile transformation to increase the velocity of IT and out ability to scale.

She has been in IT for over 28 years and has held several leadership positions across the board in IT during her tenure which gives her broad knowledge in many areas. She spent eleven years at Symantec, and ten years at PeopleSoft/Oracle. She holds a BA in Communication from Ohio State University, a BS in Computer Information Systems, and an Executive MBA from California State University-Sacramento.
