I am a business professional with over 23 years of business strategy, consulting, and project leadership experience. I am recognised for my deep cross-functional and industry experience having worked in more than 14 industries and 25 clients across developed and emerging economies.
I have strong C-level engagement capabilities and I have architected, and delivered, the full breadth of short strategic exercises, system integration, and large transformational value-based initiatives focused on organisation wide change, customer experience improvement, cost take-out, revenue uplift, and emerging technologies i.e cloud, application services, robotics process automation, and human centred digital design.
My breadth of experience provides me with a differentiated understanding of the interrelated nature of business functions, stakeholder management and navigation, and the ability to translate business strategy into practical execution that delivers tangible results.
I have held many leadership roles since making Managing Director (Partner) at Accenture in 2004. I was responsible for establishing Accenture’s CRM business in South Africa as part of the newly formed Management Consulting business in 2006. In 2009 I assumed the role of CMT (Communications Media and Technology) Management Consulting Lead along with the Client Account Lead responsibilities of a major telco company. From 2014 to 2016 I was a Senior Business Strategy Executive in Accenture Strategy thereafter moving into the Financial Services industry where I assumed client leadership responsibility on two key accounts and Management Consulting Lead for Financial Services in South Africa.
In January 2017 I joined EY in the Sydney, Australia practice where I leveraged my experience in helping clients with their strategic customer transformation initiatives working across ANZ and two main focus accounts. In June 2018 I joined IBM as the Cloud Application and Innovation Growth Platform lead for ANZ.
