His career has seen him work some of Australia’s biggest companies, while his focus has been on Federal Government and Education. It’s his passion to understanding current trends and challenges, while utilizing intelligent and strategic data insights to equip C-Suite’s with knowledge and competencies to make better decisions.

Nickolas co-lead and managed ADAPTs Delegate Advisory Team, constructing one of the most talented advisor business units in Asia Pacific. The team of 14 being responsible for quality, integrity and the execution & delivery of all delegate acquisition and advisory programs for ADAPT. Following this he worked for the number one IT Financial Management Software Enterprise globally before returning to ADAPT for this exciting new challenge.
