Nelli Zinder

Nelli Zinder is a Principal Solution Architect at Red Hat who focuses on the banking and insurance industries.

With more than 20 years of experience with organisations such as Macquarie Bank, CBA, Allianz, ING and the ASX, Nelli not only can talk the talk, but walk the walk.

Nelli’s remit ranges from enabling digital transformation using the Open Innovation model, to addressing culture changes as part of the business innovation, and retaining talent.

Nelli has successfully created an FSI Solution Architecture Community of Practice within Red Hat APAC, and is extending it to the global level at Red Hat. She has presented at key conferences in ANZ and the Asia Pacific region.
Nelli is passionate about women in information technology (WIT) and is a key member of the Women’s Leadership Council in Red Hat. Nelli is a mentor for women in the industry, and often attends and participates in WIT leadership events.
