Neal Krempin

Neal Krempin is the Head of Information Technology at PICA Group and has over 18 years’ experience in the IT industry. Neal is passionate about leveraging technology to deliver strategic business outcomes, with a customer service approach.

Neal has responsibility for all aspects of technology including strategy, project delivery, vendor management and mergers and acquisitions. Neal also oversees PICA’s three IT teams (Engineering, Development and Support) with the objective of driving business transformation, growth, sustainability and improved customer experiences for our clients.

Neal has held various leadership and technical roles over the years, both at PICA Group, and other organisations such as global serviced office company, Servcorp. In his role as Head of IT at PICA Group, Neal has architected and led the technology transformation across multiple areas including SD-WAN, cloud & SaaS, datacentre, mobility and endpoint, as well as leading the business on its ongoing security maturity journey.
