Mohan is a highly accomplished technology and transformation leader. Right from the start of his career where he played a leading role in the automation of the passenger reservation system for Indian Railways to the most recent digital and information transformation at Australian Defence, Mohan has been involved in several major transformation programs.
Mohan is presently a strategic advisor to DXC Technologies assisting them on various strategic initiatives.

Prior to this role, Mohan held the challenging dual role as the CTO and CISO of Australian Defence Organization. During this time, Mohan led the “Infrastructure” to Information” strategy. In his own words, holding both the roles enabled him to weave in cyber security considerations as part of all technology solutions.

Prior to Defence, Mohan has held leadership roles as GM of Strategy and Architecture of Toll Group, Head of Enterprise Integration of Optus, Global CTO role at Satyam Computers and Head of Enterprise Integration of Coles Myer.

Mohan has also been the founder director of a not for profit organization CHARINDAA that hosts major Indian music concerts and donates the proceeds to various charities.
