Mick Pell

Originally from the UK with an IT career spanning over 25 years, Mick has both technical and managerial experience within IT Operations in various sectors including Finance, Distribution and currently Utilities with SA Power Networks.

Working as the lead for IT Operations Management Mick has spent the last 18 months supporting SA Power Networks digital transformation, utilising and championing the ServiceNow platform to provide richer data with greater visibility, moving IT Operations from a reactive team to one that works intelligently for the business.

The benefits of this work has given SAPN a holistic view of the state of services, seen improved service health, increased operational efficiency, and IT operations processes that can scale for the digital future.
