Michelle Weston

Michelle Weston is currently Vice President and Global Offering Leader for Security and Resiliency and has direct management responsibility for a global organization responsible for offering management & readiness. Michelle is responsible for shaping and evangelizing security and resiliency services for Kyndryl, through co-creation and collaboration across its six global practices and its strategic partners, to help customers manage the evolving landscape of security, risk, compliance, and governance.

She has driven large-scale transformational change throughout her career and has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry leading Development, Sales, Offering Management, and Corporate Strategy across hardware, software, and services. Michelle spent the early part of her career in IBM Research as a Research Staff Member where she was responsible for breakthrough innovation in the field of Microelectronics. She is a PhD chemist, inventor, and author with 38 US patents and as many publications.
