Matt McIntyre

Matt is a Partner at Deloitte Asia Pacific and has over 25 years’ leadership, project management and consulting experience. His specialisations include: investment lifecycle management and IT led business transformation.

For the last decade, Matt has led the Enterprise Program Office (EPO) for Deloitte in Australia, which is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of investments, including their: conception, assessment, development, implementation, management, realisation of value and divestiture.

Matt also chairs the ServiceNow platform steering committee within Deloitte Australia, which governs the Firm’s investments in ServiceNow. This includes the use of the ServiceNow ITBM solution suite for IT and non-IT investment lifecycle management.

Matt holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Swinburne University and is based in regional Victoria, enjoying a rural lifestyle with his wife and young daughter.
