Mark Jones

Mark is the Business unit Executive of IBM’s Hybrid Cloud Integration business across Australia & New Zealand, where he leads a team of sales, technical and service delivery professionals, who are committed to helping clients navigate their journey to cloud by supporting hybrid, multi-cloud deployments, leveraging open standards and IBM’s industry leading portfolio of software and services.

Mark joined IBM in 2007 as a financial services software specialist and has held several sales management and leadership roles within the Asia Pacific business. In that time, he was instrumental in expanding IBM’s footprint across industry, growing the business exponentially, positioning IBM as a trusted solutions provider to the public and private sectors.

Previously, Mark was IBM’s Executive of RedHat Synergy Sales and Licensing for Asia Pacific, a role in which he led the strategy and software Sales Team for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for growing IBM’s market share in hybrid multi- cloud for the ASEAN, India, South Korea and Australian and New Zealand markets.

Prior to joining IBM, Mark led businesses in the UK delivering expansion of market share for product life cycle management, CAD and manufacturing, across all industry segments.

Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance from Northampton University in England.
