Leigh Harris

Leigh Harris is a Solution Designer and Delivery Manager who helps the Australian Government implement practical user-friendly applications to improve business processes.  Leigh currently works for the Department of Home Affairs portfolio, delivering applications to assist Australia with measures to slow the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), including the recent Traveller Exemption Portal on the ServiceNow platform.

Before working with the ServiceNow platform Leigh spent twelve years supporting and solutioning ITSM, CSM, business applications in addition to business intelligence roles for Australian Customs & Border Protection, then Department of Immigration and Border Protection.

Leigh enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding outside of work and works with a non-profit animal rescue business in his free time.
