I am a huge rugby follower, a hopeless Chicago Cubs fan, and a techie fascinated with design of physical space and user experiences.

I am also an avid traveller in a family of four nomads.

At work, I am a Partner at EY, leading Digital and Emerging Technologies for EY Oceania.

A Web developer and designer by trade, I specialise in Design-Led Technology projects which help transform business process. As an accomplished Design Thinking facilitator and coach I bring Human Centred Design to complex technical problems, simplifying outcomes for people. I also have 20 years of delivering web and mobile app based solutions in retail/eCommerce and travel and transportation clients.

Outside work, I guest lecture at universities in Australia; and have regularly published on topics of agile/lean development, Design Thinking, and interactive computing.
