Kat Barnett is the Senior Director of Employee Success. With 20 years in Human Resources; in business partnership, DE&I, talent acquisition and enablement, Kat has worked in multiple industries, enjoying a profession that affords the rare opportunity to work globally, as well as across sectors.

Kat is passionate about designing and creating cultures of inclusion, belonging and engagement. Kat has been a board member of MND Victoria since 2013, becoming Vice President in 2017 and joined the advisory board for TechDiversity in 2021.
