Jonathan Leiper

Jonathan is a Partner at Deloitte focusing on transforming accounting operations.

He is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years accounting and finance experience which he uses to work with Controllers, Finance Managers and CFOs to improve and digitise finance processes (record to report; order to cash and procure to pay). He leads the Accounting Operations Assurance business for Deloitte Australia which includes 130 staff and is experienced in supporting finance teams implement and deploy large scale digital solutions.

Recent experience has focused on transforming P2P processes and systems in response to the Payment Times Reporting Legislation; enhancing balance sheet governance and control through implementation of a close to report platform; and redesigning finance chart of accounts and data hierarchies to support new ERP implementations.
