Jenni Mack

Jenni is an experienced governance professional with over two decades of board experience, including ten years as a chair of a board. She has particular expertise with member-based not-for-profit organisations operating in a commercial environment. This includes strategy development, risk management, organisational transformation and business innovation, especially using digital platforms.

She has considerable experience, including risk management and cyber security, with digital delivery of member services, social engagement and marketing. Jenni also has high level experience in public policy, regulation, stakeholder relations, media and corporate affairs.

She has broad ranging expertise in consumer affairs including dispute resolution, compensation schemes, professional standards and disciplinary schemes. She works across sectors and has particular expertise in financial services; legal and migration services; travel; food and farm chemical regulation; employment and training.
