Gary leads the Value Management Office for the APAC region, helping key Cisco AppDynamics customers formulate value hypotheses and technology business cases. Drawing on his 10+ years experience as a Value Management Consultant within the Technology sector, Gary has produced in excess of 100 Business Cases underpinning technology investments.
Gary is determined to help customers identify, calculate and realise the value behind technology investments and has a proven methodology which has been refined over many years.
He believes the key to discovering value is through one of the simplest and most powerful skills, the ability to listen. By carefully listening to his customer’s challenges, pain points, goals and strategies enable him to ask the right value-based questions at the right time.
Gary then leverages his financial modelling experience to conservatively quantify reasonable benefits culminating in a robust business case.
Outside of work, Gary is a devoted husband and father to three boys, he enjoys mountain biking, tennis, golf, baking bread and is a mad Carlton supporter.
