Farhoud Salimi

Farhoud Salimi is an accomplished senior executive with over 20 years of experience servicing public and private sector organisations across the financial services, healthcare, insurance, FMCG and professional services industries.

Farhoud is the Executive Director, Service Delivery at eHealth NSW. In this role, he leads a workforce of 1,000+ ICT professionals responsible for the operational support and delivery of state-wide digital initiatives to NSW Health, the largest health care system in Australia, and among the largest in the world.

Farhoud has delivered key transformation programs for eHealth NSW, such as implementation and support of a state-wide ERP (including the largest Oracle Payroll system in the southern hemisphere), and Service Management (ServiceNow) solutions servicing over 140,000 users spanning 20 health agencies. He has also led numerous development and infrastructure programs, including the establishment of the eHealth NSW public and private cloud service offerings.

In his previous roles, Farhoud has been a driving force to key implementations and support of business platforms for some of Australia’s largest organisations, including Coca-Cola Amatil, CNA Insurance and Westpac Banking Corporation. Farhoud holds a Bachelor of Computer Science with Honors from the University of New South Wales and was recipient for the global Oracle Open World 2015 ‘Innovation Award’, for his team’s design and deployment of the NSW Health Private Oracle Cloud platform.
