Senior Manager, Digital Supply Chain Transformation at IBM


Debbie leads IBM Systems’ Cognitive Supply Chain initiative. She leads a global team of subject matter experts and software developers who are creating cognitive solutions for IBM’s supply chain. The solutions augment the intelligence of IBM’s supply chain professionals using Watson technology as well as data from IBM transactional systems and ecosystems that support and influence IBM’s supply chain. Variable workflows with imbedded intelligence have resulted in ROIs that have exceeded expectations.

In 2019, IBM’s Cognitive Supply Chain solution won a National Association for Manufactures leadership award in the category of Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

Debbie has over 20 years of operations and transformation experience in Supply Chain. She has a well-rounded manufacturing background. Debbie has proven leadership skills and best-practice solution knowledge for large end-to-end global projects. She has managed projects from an operations, business transformation and IT perspective. Prior to her current position, Debbie held various supply chain roles in transformation process reengineering and implementing ERP and shop floor control systems. She has experience in both the electronics and metalworking industries.

Debbie has a BSBA degree in Industrial Management from Auburn University. She received her APICS (CPIM) certification and is currently a certified Project Management Professional (PMI – PMP, IBM – Sr. PM).
