David Hughes

Prior to joining Aruba, David founded Silver Peak in 2004, building an industry leading WAN edge infrastructure company on the premise of enabling customers to build a better WAN. A holder of 50+ patents, David is responsible for accelerating the company’s edge-to-cloud strategy and strengthening the Aruba Edge Services Platform with a self-driving wide area network to advance WAN and security transformation for enterprise customers. Outside of work, David, a father of two, enjoys cooking, gardening, sailing and following his home country rugby team the New Zealand All Blacks.
