Executive GM Customer Service at Adelaide Airport

I joined Adelaide Airport Limited in August 2012 as the Executive General Manager Customer Service.

The Customer Service team manages Terminal and Landside Operations, Retail & Commercial, Ecommerce, ICT, Passenger Experience and Security Facilitation.

This business unit was created to bring all customer facing activities under one Executive, so that Adelaide Airport can achieve its goal of providing a seamless and connected service to all airport visitors. It also responsible for driving much of the airport’s non-aeronautical revenue base in recognition that customer satisfaction and commercial returns are inextricably linked together.
