I consult on digital strategy and how to plan and deliver large transformations. Having done merger and acquisition, function establishments and large program delivery, working in Government to drive transformation that impacts society, state economy & the environment is awesome!

Some recent achievements which I have contributed to include the development of the NSW Customer & Digital strategy, establishment of the digital restart fund and securing an additional $2.1bn allocation, and designing & implementing an NSW whole of government prioritization of digital investments a first in Australia.

Now I’m working on defining strategic digital platforms & services that the NSW government should invest in and reuse, working out how to solve some big problems across NSW with digital, and testing how we enable the NSW government to accelerate adoption & use of technology.
