Damian Naughton

As RVP of Enterprise at Slack, Damian is the executive sponsor for the largest customers in the ANZ region, ranging from Canva and Atlassian, to Nine Entertainment and Aristocrat. Damian has extensive experience working with companies across APAC to assist in digital transformation projects spanning workplace collaboration technology, analytics, business intelligence, and video technology.

Prior to Slack, Damian was Chief Revenue Officer at Hyper Anna, an award-winning AI for analytics startup, scaling the business prior to the acquisition by Alteryx in 2021. Damian also played a key role in the growth of NASDAQ-listed video technology platform Brightcove in the APAC region, spending over 5 years as head of sales. Damian is passionate about helping organisations transition to the future of work and makes employees’ lives simpler, more pleasant and more productive.
