Clement Fung

Clement has been in technology for over 15 years. He is currently a Technical Account Manager for Atlassian. During his time there, he provided guidance to enterprises in the financial and technology sectors and challenged them working in new ways. He worked closely with teams within the enterprises to help them collaborate better, identify blockers and dependencies earlier, improving the flow of work and eventually providing value and better experience to their customers faster. He often gets excited to discuss the importance of having the right tools and practices in place to achieve greatness in teamwork. His favourite quote is from Peter Drucker “If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.”
