Catherine is the Human Resources Leader for Oracle Australia and New Zealand and an active member of Oracle’s Country Leadership Team for the Australia and New Zealand Region.
Catherine manages a team of 15 Human Resource Managers who hold both Australia and New Zealand responsibilities as well as a team of Human Resources Business Partners who focus on strategically supporting Line of Business leaders and their organisations across the Japan and APAC region.
Focused on accelerating business transformation and customer success through Oracle’s people, Catherine is driving HR strategic priorities for Oracle centred on employee experience, organisational agility and HR value initiatives.
The growth, empowerment and retention of our people is critical to Oracle’s success as well as ensuring that HR has the capability, agility and vision to deliver transformational business value.
Additionally, Catherine has prioritised employee psychological health and safety through implementing a strong Health and Wellness program and strategic framework. Ensuring that our employees feel connected, cared for, and valued is a key differentiator.
Organisations have an obligation to actively ensure that all of its employees have access to education, programs and resources in respect to psychological health and safety and that there is active executive commitment and planning and prioritising of these initiatives and strategies.
With over 20 years of experience spanning across the IT, FMCG and Services industries, Catherine joined Oracle Australia in 2008 through the BEA Systems acquisition.
Her career at Oracle has seen her successfully work in a number of Japan and APAC HR Business Partner roles and Management positions within the Oracle Human Resources organisation.
