Bernadette Cullinane

Bernadette is the Deloitte Australia Oil, Gas & Chemicals Leader and Global LNG Leader. Throughout her career, she has worked with oil and gas companies in the upstream, downstream, midstream, LNG and trading segments, conventional and unconventional resources and across the end to end project to operations lifecycle.

Bernadette is Deloitte’s Lead Client Service Partner for Santos where she has been involved in several strategic projects including the recent SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Bernadette supports Australian and international companies improve business performance and implement new technologies to increase productivity. Increasingly she helps companies decarbonise their existing operations and transition to becoming low-carbon energy providers.

Bernadette is an active speaker in oil and gas industry conferences and frequently writes about the competitiveness of the Australian oil and gas/LNG industry.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Bernadette was Managing Director for Energy in Accenture’s Perth practice and APAC Energy Lead from 2007 to 2016. She has held senior operational and headquarters roles with Exxon Company International and Esso Singapore, and worked for other global consultancies including Arthur Andersen and SAIC supporting projects in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
